ATTE KI MALPUA .A twist on pancakes you can say 😉😋


     So i was on this study tour in Rajasthan . It was our last day in Udaipur , all of us were free in the evening and we were let out for shopping and other stuff . Me and my one other friend were least interested in shopping . So this friend of mine Akshara as she was a Marwadi , told me that this place is famous for Malpuas and she was explaining me how yummy and juicy they are, i was already dreaming about it💭💭.... and then itself I had decided "aaj toh malpua khaake hi rehna hai".

         All of us headed to Hathi Pol , one of the famous markets in     Udaipur . Best for street shopping. No sooner we got out of the     rickshaw, we started hunting for the Malpua wala , went on asking   in every shop , kept walking .......and there we see a guy making malpuas in the hot hot ghee , Mmmmm my mouth was watering and my eyes filled with joy looking at that piece of sweetness 😍😃


      Finally I had it .And I must say it was worth all the hustle. It was just perfect , Hot. Yummy. Sugary. Juicy. Malpua. Cold evening. It was drizzling. ⛈
       So this Malpua was made of atta (wheat batter) deep fried in ghee and dipped in sugar saffron flavored syrup. It tastes even more yummy when served with rabdi .

       About Udaipur - Its called the Lake city . Its truely beautiful. You will be awestruck by looking at those amazing palaces amidst beautiful lakes, hills , colourful street shopping places , yummy savories and many more.... one can easily fall in love with Udaipur for all its beauty.

Here is a plateful of delicious food 😋, that is completely high on nutrition.    So I was on this small study trip to Vijayapura , its a district in karnataka, well known for its great architectural masterpieces such as Gol gumbaz , Ibrahim roza and various other mosques and mausoleums . Its one of the famous hotspots for architecture in north karnataka . It is unique in its own way , the language , the food .... everything is different . Earlier it was named as Bijapur . The Bijapur khanawalis are quite famous in Karnataka . Domino's Pizza

Domino's Pizza is bae . No matter what !!😋🍕      The first time I had pizza was at Domino's , Veggie Paradise with cheese burst base ....  Oh my god drooling much. That just made me fall in love with it.               Dominos is not my favourite just for its pizza ,but also for its delicious desserts - Chocolava cakes and Butterscotch mousse . They have this amazing variety of bases that is pan base, hand tossed, thin crust , italian crust , cheese burst and each of them are great. Pan base and Cheese burst have always been my favourite. Pan base is soft and juicy and Cheese burst of-course is super cheesy.No sooner you have a bite of it,cheese starts dripping out of it .
