SWEET TREATS 



Brownies, cakes, pasteries, waffles, donuts, fries bohot hoo gaya angrezi khana and Rasgullas, Rasmalais, Samosas, Dhoklas, Dhai bhallas now these are my real favourite desi snacks and desserts that I enjoy eating and can never ever get bored of them....


Rasgullas and Rasmalai have always been my favourite sweets ever since my childhood.I still remember my grandparents taking me to kalyani sweet mart often during summer vacations and having variety of sweets n snacks and taking a long walk on beautiful streets of camp area.
   And today my visit to the same place made me feel nostalgic. This place is damn good , especially for all the sweet lovers out there.
so we had various kinds of rasgullas and rasmalais today
1. Normal rasgulla - pluffy , perfectly sweet and yummm
2. Bengali pan rasgulla - it is a pan flavored rasgulla topped with gulkand , tastes amazing.😍
3. Malai sandwich - well this was something new to me , malai n cream sandwiched between flat rasgullas kind of with silver coating on them . whatever it was , it was just delish and toothsome.
4. Rasmalai - a cup of rasmalai topped with loads of badam and pista flakes is just so scrumptious and drool worthy😋. It is my favorite one of all.
5. Malai roll - soft and moderately sweet is a delight to all those who don't love sweets for being too sweet 😉
6. Cut samosas , Dhoklas and Dahi vadas are some of the special snacks you get here to balance out with the sugar rush .

and all of that what you see in the picture above costed us just 200 bucks!
Great! isn't it?

Well gulping all these delicious sweets and savories makes me feel extremely elated and I am sure you will feel the same too . When in Belagavi don't miss out on this sweet mart😉

The best part about travelling is enjoying all the newness! Taking in the new air, stepping on to the new land and meeting up some new generous humans. Here's to the Venkanna Jalimane, a 62-year-old man full of childlike enthusiasm, generosity and creativity. Lives in a tiny village called Hittlalli in Uttar Karnataka which falls between yellapur and Sirsi. Bellow is the beautiful and short description of his gallery and his largeheartedness 😊 He owns up the Swastik art gallery which is in the attic of his age-old beautiful traditional house. The gallery is filled with simple yet amazingly creative artworks of Venkanna. Various sculptures made out of tree's trunks and roots, paintings of artists, poets, philosophers, leaders, animals and birds on the dry peepal leaves. Various beautiful greeting cards made out of direct organic materials like leaves and flowers. He has written entire Bhagavad Geeta on almost 1000 dry peepal leaves which spread till more than 1 km.

CHI - flavours of China

CHI - flavours of China  So here is this new restaurant in Belgaum called CHI which serves various Chinese as well as few Thai dishes. The menu is really interesting and you may come across many new names which you have never heard of or ever tried . Do ask the order taker for details and particulars because it is a typical Chinese restaurant unlike other Chinese food joints in Belgaum which has a Indian masaledar twist to it .  So here are few dishes that we tried and I loved them. Started with the basic Manchow soup with crispy noodles, hot and with perfect blend of all spices.  Vegetable Dumpling with hot n sour sauce was well cooked and all yummyyy. ATTE KI MALPUA .A twist on pancakes you can say 😉😋      So i was on this study tour in Rajasthan . It was our last day in Udaipur , all of us were free in the evening and we were let out for shopping and other stuff . Me and my one other friend were least interested in shopping . So this friend of mine Akshara as she was a Marwadi , told me that this place is famous for Malpuas and she was explaining me how yummy and juicy they are, i was already dreaming about it💭💭.... and then itself I had decided "aaj toh malpua khaake hi rehna hai".          All of us headed to Hathi Pol , one of the famous markets in     Udaipur . Best for street shopping. No sooner we got out of the     rickshaw, we started hunting for the Malpua wala , went on asking   in every shop , kept walking .......and there we see a guy making malpuas in the hot hot ghee , Mmmmm my mouth was watering and my eyes filled with joy looking at that piece of sweetness 😍😃       Finally I had it .And
